tried superwash on accident ~ ordered from Brooklyn Handspun a couple years ago. the skein i'd ordered went missing so she sent some superwash in same color in it's place.

Snow Yarn, Yarn Snow?

ok, all ya'all need to quit hogging the snow.

it was 70 again today

they keep promising for the weekend it will get in the 40's (whoop dee doggy doo doo)

NJ sis says they got lots of snow and sleet ~ send it on down here!!

i keep ordering yarn ~ husbeast says ( i love that! husbeast!! saw it somewhere and it just makes me snort!!) he believes there is too much sock yarn here! oh, these aren't yarn!

i don't think you can have TOO much ~ can you?

anyways ~~ this came today :) and it's not yarn!

and this guess i forgot how many orders i placed! still waiting on lace wire block kit

and this ~ BFL sock yarn that she listed as "seconds" ~ it's lovely and i can't really tell there are flaws. it's from Twisted Fibers, i can't find the link and have no idea how i got there!! but i need to go back, BFL is my very best-est!

i love these cutie sock blockers :) ~ want more

and somehow i became a Loopy Groupies ! it was so cool to get a bigger package than ordered and it was filled with great stuff!! Lornas Laces sock yarn, a great clear bag that has The Loopy Ewe on it.

saturday after posting to the ISE5 blog that i'd sent off my scarf................i came home to .........my own package!!!!

i had to rip that puppy open fast --- my mail lady smokes and the box was sta-anky -- i knew it was my secret scarf and i wanted it OUT. then i took pics before opening!

it's an absolute amazing scarf - yarn i've not used before - she also knit the ornament, made the stitch markers..............what a fantastic scarf pal -- Thank You!! Thank You!!

i've been collecting stitch markers lately -these will join the ladybugs, frogs, and assorted others - the flowers will make all of them HAPPY!

the scarf colors are so me and will be great for the dreary winter we get here ~~ when we actually GET winter :)hey it's 40 degrees now and certain people are complaining they're cold - ha! we used to walk to school in 14" of snow.....here they close the city down when flakes are in the air (uhh, SNOW flakes)

i really can't get over how light and airy it is ~ gonna have to get some Malabrigo ~so sorry husbeast~ more yarn will be entering this here home!!!
