not socks!

saw a sweet baby blanket on ravelry - hesitated to get the pattern cuz not only do i "collect" yarn - i collect patterns!!

glad i did - once i got my head together (after messaging the designer!) this thing knits itself!!!

it's so much fun & it's almost done - 2 more pattern repeats & then the edging - the daunting part is binding off maybe 712 stitches!!!

my only regret - i used ack!rylic instead of wool or a wool blend - but hey! i'm using stash yarn instead of buying - that counts for something????
