soooo my weekend was fun, how 'bout yours? went flying with hubby & the socks! it takes a LONG time to get the plane ready. i sit off to the side and occasionally say "let me know if ya need me to do something" he usually rewards me with a small smile. oh, can ya see the sock on the wing??!
this never fails to amuse me...it says "Passenger Warning : This aircraft is amateur built and does
not comply with Federal Safety Regulations for standard category aircraft" hmmm well..... nowadays it amuses me, my first couple of times it un-nerved me and i tried to cover it up, cause i kept reading and reading and reading it. here's another "warning" that gave me some concern (ok ok not concern..fright!). Anyways,,,these 2 signs sit on MY side of the plane - not the best instillers of confidence?!
welp, we flew to Luray & Shenandoah. it was pretty cool. i think the socks had fun too.
i really liked how you can't see the propellor turn while flying but the digital camera could capture it. 
will leave ya with a mountain view!!! (it was hard to decide whether to knit or take pics, so so beautiful up there)
