and usually keep track of what i've done ~ the original pattern calls for thicker yarn and casting on 48 stitches. was using fingering sock yarn so cast on 60 ~ somehow i forgot that when got to the heel and did the heel on 24 stitches instead of 30!

it looks funny in the sock but it fits great! i probably should have ripped them back but by the time i realized it ~ was too far ~ and decided to see how the socks would wear.first time using Claudias Handpainted - i like it!
but see the pointy toes?? i forgot (again) that i don't follow this pattern's decreases ~ i stop sooner and kitchener more! however they don't bug me in my shoes so i won't be fixing ~ shocking for me, i know!
