talked to a realtor last week ~~ and i'm a little weirded out!
she walked thru the house and throughout the property and it was all positive
but........we've lived here 21 years, this is the only home the boys have known ~~ #1 son might remember some of the early years -- we moved here when he was 8 or 9
she'll be back tomorrow to finalize listing and it will be on the market soon :(
i'm just weirded out!

I know how you are feeling. I felt the same way when we left the home our kids grew up in. Knowing all the neighbors and all. It's hard to leave a home. Just take tons of pictures of the house and yard. I hope the home you found to move to will be filled with memories of the grandchildren visiting. Oh and when you go back to visit----stay away from your home cuz you might not like what they do. Mine they chopped down all the trees we planted and they park on the yard that took us forever to be beautiful. And all our neighbors ended up putting up fences cuz they didn't like the people who bought our house. They even took out the hot tub. But I love the home we now have and the kids are all grown so it was time for us just as it's time for you and hubby. Enjoy decorating the new home. Oh and don't forget to give me new address.

Good Luck, I know how you feel, we've been in same house for 32 years and it will be very hard to leave!! Moving closer to grandkids will help me!!!
