been going to cardiac rehab ~ it's fun ?! they had me take it slow the first day - i was bored. the second day was ok - they're gonna take it up a couple notches next week......guess i'm not in bad shape, just have contributing genetics!
i do like the elliptical machine.......gonna have to get one of those.....and i like the treadmill.....gonna borrow J & S's again ~ to my garage ! in WV i can walk the mountains!!! ha!
had alot of traffic thru the house this week! YAY! maybe the first time buyers are out??? they seem to be the only ones who will benefit from purchasing
knitting is moving slower...........geez between house showings, doc appts, rehab and pharmacy visits ~ i've got no time for myself!
and don't forget watching my lovely ones!!! 
C D B is growing too fast, he keeps telling me ~ "no Mamere, I do it" ~ "no touch" ~ "go away"
and if you want him to do something and he really doesn't want to ~~ he'll say "whaadyousay" and if i want a kiss he'll say "no sorry" ~ creep! he's not even 3 yet!
