the house is a 4br 2bath ranch, VERY much like our previous home ~ with every room reversed......but without the hardwood floors (gosh, i miss my 1955 hardwood floors!)......and with an extra bedroom and bathroom.......i've only ever lived with one bathroom and it was kinda crazy with 3 ~oh yea, 4 counting husbeast(ha!)~ boys! ~ but we made it and now it's weird having an "open" or extra bathroom! it's also weird living in a house that is 13 years old versus 55 years old!! the OLD house was "more better" put together?

I know what you mean about the older homes being better ~~~ we found that out when we left Massachusetts for South Carolina! Love all the pics of your land.
But older homes need LOTS of work!! As we are finding out with our 40+ year old home!!
i do think older homes need work, but they are also more "solid"?? we keep finding weird stuff here that the builder never finished! it's been 13 years! we did hear that the builder ran out of money and the prior owners tried to do themselves-guess they just gave up and left it AS IS! good thing husbeast(ha!) knows stuff ;)
but i liked the older house, it was more "homie". but i lkie the noew one too!more room to run around in. lots of little froggies;)
